| Glenn and I tend to enjoy somewhat
different hobbies and sports, with the common denominator being an enjoyment
of all things with our sheltie-kids. Meet our canines through our treasure

Shetland Sheepdog Page. Glenn's passion is taking time out for fishing. He purchased his boat in 1999 and spent much of that year in his Father's workshop customising it, so that his time spent fishing is that much more pleasurable. See the evolution of "Harry's Buoy". He also enjoys maintaining his guns and hunting. While overseas and within Australia, Glenn also is an avid airshow attendent, with a special interest in photographing old warbirds. Other pastimes include golf, skiing, touch football, indoor cricket and volleyball. Tracey's passion is spending time with her animals. As a junior, my life (and that of my very giving parents) revolved around horses and the equine sports of showing, gymkhanas and eventing. In 1985 we spent 46 weekends out of the 52 in the year at horse events. When I finished Uni I started riding and competing again (it is so much harder on your own budget) mostly in dressage with some showjumping. Before I sold Joe, we managed to become State Champions in novice dressage. Joe is now continuing his winning way with a lovely family in Brisbane, I still go out and watch him compete occassionally. I myself haven't competed since he left and in January 2001 I lost my other 'baby' Tres Vitesse, an ex-racehorse with a heart of gold. So I am currently taking some time to build yards and paddocks at our new acreage before committing to my next horse and starting my next photoessay of pleasurable trail rides through the Wongawallan hinterland. My other, and somewhat newer passion is competing in dog performance sports including obedience and agility with our shelties. Read stories and see photos of our agility adventures .
